Apartment 1A Tenants: Chase McKenzie. A smaller cozy apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom with a joined bathroom. The kitchen and living room are painted in soft, sandy beige. The bedroom is done in a pretty green with wood borders and the bathroom is all done in tile. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, marble counters, dishwasher, and table. Across from the kitchen is the living room which has a couch, tv, computer, and coffee stand. Down the hall is the bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom is only a double size bed, dresser, walk in closet, and night stand. And the bathroom, of course, is complete with toilet, shower, and sink. Moderators: Beau, ♥ poppies
Apartment 1B Tenant: Kristina Williamson, temporarily Westley Richelieu-Covington. A small apartment with a off-white painted kitchen that has your usuals. Living room that has a couch and a nice sofa chair and a television, pictures also that hang on a bookshelf that doesn't really have any books. Pale blue painted bathroom that is to the right of a closet inbetween the kitchen. Finally, the last room is a pale green painted bedroom with a new queen sized bed and a bookshelf that has a bunch of books. Several pictures hang in the bedroom and it has a average sized walk-in closet. Moderators: Beau, ♥ poppies
2B Tenant: August Jones, Bryn[izzle] Richards, and cat. Two quaint bedrooms, not any bigger than the average 8'X12' were to the immediate left and right once one entered the apartment. August's bedroom to the right, consisted of normal bedrooms things: the bed, dresser, a handcrafted desk painted in polka dot fashion, wall decorations, and Newton's accessories. Opposite that room, was Bryn's. It had small pieces of papers, sticky notes even, covering one wall. Her bed was a hide-abed with old orange flannel sheets. Clothes filled the closet, dresser, floor. The overall look was pretty dumpy and a strong smell of must filled the lungs of an entree. The floor carpeting, a rusty brown had a stain in one corner near the kitchen. The kitchen itself was tiny and one cabinet was missing a handle. One bathroom,... two girls...problem? Moderators: Beau, ♥ poppies
3B Tenant: Cody Foster. The apartment is a one bedroom, one bathroom, one den apartment. It is old, and a bit unkept, but at least there aren't rats or pests. The den has a single chair and an old television, and is painted a dark brown. In the far right corner of the den is the kitchenette, painted a soft cream and complete with a mini fridge and a Coleman Grill. On the far left is a door into the bedroom, which is painted a calm blue. Connected to the bedroom is the bathroom. Moderators: Beau, ♥ poppies

4B Tenant: Sky Cooper & dog. It's a small newly renovated one bedroom apartment. Complete with kitchenette,bathroom,and sitting area/dinning room. All the walls are painted a soft rose and the furniture is dark and mahogany like. As you walk in the kitchenette is on the east side done with a small stove,small fridge,and sink. 5B Tenants: Julez Woods and Mackenzie Michaels. This two bedroom apartment was used as housing for stage hands, from the theatre around the corner. When the theatre closed down, it was put up for sale. It has two bedrooms; both have 1 medium sized closets, 2 windows, and are medium sized rooms. I bathroom; not very large but has 1 shower, 1 toliet & sink, and two chests for towels, toilet paper, etc.... 1 kitchenette; compared to the rest of the apartment it is rather small; 1 little fridge, 1 stove and cabinets. 1 den/office; 1 couch and tv, accompianed by some chairs, shelves line the walls, 1 desk in the corner which could fit a computer, shevles over that. 6B - 1 Viewing Tenant: Nathanial Flynn. A furnished studio apartment on the third floor of the building that was once used as storage space. Now it's a plain little room with a small bathroom off the kitchenette. The kitchenette is the first thing you stumble upon and it features a small white refrigerator and a little microwave. There is also a little stove top range and a sink. The oak cabinets are filled with plain white dishes and clear glasses. A door to the right leads to a little bathroom that has a sink, toilet, and a shower/bath combination. Beyond the kitchen area is a desk with a computer resting on it and a rolling chair. Right next to it is a dresser with a TV on top and beyond that is a little closet, concealed by a curtain. A large window, which usually has the curtains drawn, covers nearly the whole of the northern wall. A queen bed rests in the remaining space, covered with a black duvet, a bedside table with a lamp on it on one side. Moderators: Beau, ♥ poppies
