Tenant: Cody Foster. The apartment is a one bedroom, one bathroom, one den apartment. It is old, and a bit unkept, but at least there aren't rats or pests. The den has a single chair and an old television, and is painted a dark brown. In the far right corner of the den is the kitchenette, painted a soft cream and complete with a mini fridge and a Coleman Grill. On the far left is a door into the bedroom, which is painted a calm blue. Connected to the bedroom is the bathroom.
